Sending commercial correspondence

Azimuth Airlines provides a service for the transportation of commercial correspondence on regular flights to domestic Russian destinations. This service is designed to save your time and money, because now you do not need to buy an air ticket for a passenger just to transfer the documents to the recipient in another city.

What can be sent as correspondence

Documents, letters, photographs and various papers except for securities (shares, bills of exchange, letters of credit, etc.) and money can be accepted for transportation. The maximum document format is A3. Correspondence is accepted in the sender's envelope.

How to send correspondence

You just need to contact the representative office of Azimuth Airlines at the airport of departure to conclude a contract of carriage, fill out the departure form and pay for the service. The sender must have a passport with him. You can pay for the service in cash or by credit card at the airport ticket office. Correspondence is accepted for inspection after confirmation of payment. Documentation planned for transportation must be presented for inspection in a packaged but not sealed form. The service operates in all directions of the carrier's route network.

How to receive correspondence

The recipient will be informed about the delivery of correspondence to the destination airport. You can receive correspondence in person upon presentation of a passport or a passport and a power of attorney. Both legal entities and individuals can be senders and recipients.

The cost of sending one package of commercial correspondence is - 1849 rubles.
