Become a Secret passenger of Azimuth Airlines and evaluate the flight.

Every Secret Passenger will be awarded with a certificate for a discounted ticket.

Azimuth Airlines is constantly working on improving the service level and announces the launch of the Secret Passenger program. The safety and comfort of the passengers are the priorities of Azimuth Airlines at every stage of the flight, so the passenger's assessment of the quality of services provided by specific criteria will allow the carrier to make the flight more comfortable.

The work of the Secret passenger, his attention to detail and the ability to impartially assess the level of service will be rewarded: the carrier will award the Secret passengers with a certificate for discount for the ticket.

How to become a Secret Passenger?

A passenger aged 18+ who has purchased an Azimuth Airlines ticket for any flight with departure dates from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 may become a candidate for the Secret Passengers.

To participate in the Secret Passenger candidates selection, please, send the request by e-mail to sp@azimuth.aero with your full name, age, gender, ticket and booking number, planned departure dates, your mobile number and e-mail.

The request must be sent no later than 15 calendar days before the scheduled flight.

Azimuth Airlines will internally select the participants from candidates and contact for instructing.

What must a Secret Passenger do?

The mission of the Secret Passenger is to fill out a questionnaire provided by the airline. The questionnaire will contain questions about the level of service before departure and the quality of service on board. Some answers will need to be confirmed up with a photo or video, so when participating in the program, make sure to be able to take a picture or shoot a short video. We recommend that you read the questionnaire questions before the flight and fill them out during the flight.

Within three days after the flight the Secret passenger must send the application form with photo and/or video materials and the scan of the boarding pass. The materials collected by the Secret passenger will be studied by the specialists of the Azimuth Airlines and will form the basis of criteria for improving the service. Azimuth Airlines will contact the Secret Passenger to clarify the details of the responses.

What about the awards?

Azimuth Airlines will award every Secret passenger for a detailed and photo-backed assessment with a flight certificate with a 50% discount on any of the flights in the carrier's route network (excluding fees on international flights).

To issue a ticket with discount by Certificate, the Secret passenger must send a free-form application to the carrier with dates, destinations, certificate number, passport data, mobile phone number and email. In response, Azimuth Airlines will send a link to the Secret passenger, by clicking on which the passenger can pay for the ticket price with a 50% discount. After the payment, the itinerary receipt will be sent to the Secret passenger.
