Azimuth Airlines offer its passengers online service for purchasing a travelling passenger blanket policy: accident insurance, coverage in the event of loss, damage or delay in the delivery of luggage, delay or cancellation of the flight.
The Voluntary Insurance Service is performed and paid along with the booking and payment of the electronic ticket. After payment for air transportation on the Airlines’ website, the automated system will generate and send an insurance policy which is confirmation of the conclusion of the insurance contract to the e-mail address of the passenger specified during the booking, along with the itinerary receipt.
The service is voluntary, it can be provided both for one passenger in the order and for all.
The cost of the Voluntary Insurance Service amounts to:

Insurance policy payment
You may issue and pay for a comprehensive passenger insurance policy:
- during the process of ticket issuance, by adding an insurance policy to the order;
- during the online check-in process, by adding an insurance policy to the order;
- using the online service Orders Searchpassing through order authentication and proceed to the issuance of additional services by pressing the button "Buy services".

Termination of the Insurance Contract
Upon termination of the Insurance Contract the insurance premium shall be refunded in the amount of 100% of the insurance premium paid for each segment of carriage which hasn’t started as of the date of application for the ticket return or the application for termination of the Insurance Contract.
Refundable funds are transferred within 5-7 business days to the issuing bank which issued the card whereby the insurance premium was paid.*
*The period for crediting funds to the bank card account depends on the issuing bank.
The Passenger and Luggage Insurance Contract can be terminated through the Airlines by submitting an application for the termination of the Passenger and Luggage Insurance Contract.
The application for termination of the Insurance Contract and refund of the insurance premium can be submitted by the passenger in whose name the air ticket was issued, or by his/her representative under a notarized power of attorney.
In this case if a refund of the ticket paid on the Airlines’ website is carried out and which booking number is specified in the Insurance Contract, the application for termination of the Insurance Contract is not filled. The reason for the refund of the insurance premium is the fact of termination of the Contract of carriage.
In case of termination of the Insurance Contract you must send to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- scanned copy of the application for termination of the insurance contract and refund of the insurance premium;
- scanned copy of the passport (pages with personal data);
- scanned copy of the birth certificate (for children under 14 years);
- scanned copy of the notarized power of attorney (when the representative of the passenger fills in the application).
The application shall be deemed accepted by the Airlines provided that:
- the package of documents contains all documents required;
- the application is filled in on behalf of the passenger or on behalf of his/her representative under a notarized power of attorney.
The application for the refund of the ticket is processed within 24 hours from the receipt of the package of documents by the responsible specialist of the Airlines.
