Secret passenger is on the mission: Azimuth Airlines informs about the start of the program of The Service quality assessment
Participants of the program will be awarded certificates for discounts for the tickets.
Azimuth Airlines is constantly working on improving the level of service and announces the launch of the Secret Passenger program, which allows passengers evaluate the level of the service. Azimuth Airlines will award the Secret passengers with a certificate for a 50% discount on round-trip flights on the route network for the detailed and photo-backed assessment of the flight according to pre-approved application form.
The safety and comfort of the passengers are the priorities of Azimuth Airlines at every stage of the flight. The airline regularly introduces new services and works to improve the level of service, so the passenger's assessment of the quality of services provided by specific criteria will allow the carrier to make the flight more comfortable.
To participate in the Secret Passenger candidates selection, please, send the request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, age, gender, ticket and booking number, planned departure dates, contact for feedback (mobile and e-mail). Candidates aged 18+ only are allowed to participate in the Secret Passenger program.
The request must be sent no later than 15 calendar days before the scheduled flight.
Azimuth Airlines will contact the hired candidates for a briefing.
After the flight, the Secret Passenger must send the completed application form to the carrier within 3 working days, attaching photos and/or video materials. The materials collected by the secret passenger will be studied by the specialists of Azimuth Airlines and become the basis of the criteria for improving the service.
