Azimuth Airlines won the Skyway Service Award as "Best Airline - Facing the Challenges of 2020" for expanding the geography of flights within Russia and the effectiveness of crisis management. The award was received by the general director Pavel Ekzhanov.

The ceremony of the national award "Air Gate of Russia" and the industry award Skyway Service Award was held on the NAIS 2021 exhibition. This year, 38 airports and 10 airlines were nominated.

The award organizators note that this year's nominations correspond to new realities, and the winners were selected with taking into account the best solutions in the context of the pandemic.

In the 2021 Azimuth Airlines has already opened the new destinations from the base airports - Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody connecting with the cities by direct flights.
