How can I issue a ticket according to the conditions of the certificate?

In accordance with the conditions of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 991 from 06.07.2020 for passengers who have issued air tickets before May 1, 2020 for all domestic and international air services, a special procedure for the use and/or refund of the paid carriage fee is established.

Passenger who voluntarily or forcedly refused to fly on any Azimuth flight with the date of flight on the air ticket starting from March 18, 2020, may use the amount of the paid carriage fee for registration of new air carriage on any direction of the route network of the Airline.

For registration of new carriage it is enough for the passenger to send to the airline the number of the air ticket, scanned or photocopy of the document confirming the identity of the passenger, data of the new flight and additional services which are necessary, by means of the special form on our website.

Flight number, route, date of flight performance could be chosen on the main page of the official website of the airline.

Application for a new air ticket can be sent before the date of air carriage specified in the air ticket, or within 3 years from the date of departure of the flight specified in the ticket.

Only the passenger for whom air transportation has been issued or an authorized person of the passenger by a notarized power of attorney may use the amount of the paid air fee for registration of a new air transportation.

According to the provision on refund established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 991 dated 06.07.2020, in case of passenger's refusal from air transportation, the carriage fee paid for passenger transportation by air is subject to refund to the passenger under a separate application sent to the Company after 3 years from the date of departure specified in the ticket.

Passengers who are entitled in accordance with the conditions of application of the fare for forced or voluntary refund of air tickets purchased on any flight of the Airline, starting from May 1, 2020, can issue a Certificate for the cost of purchased services. And as a sign of gratitude for patience and understanding, the Airline will include 10% of the fare additionally in the nominal value of the Certificate.
